18-26; Candidates must be born between 02.01.1997 and 01.01.2005 (both dates included). The upper age limit is relaxed up to 29 years for other backward communities and up to 31 years for Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes candidates.

(a) Educational Qualification: Must have passed Higher Secondary (Plus Two) examination or its equivalent. Note: (i) In the absence of sufficient number of SC/ST candidates with the prescribed qualification, candidates who have failed in the Higher Secondary/Plus Two examination will also be considered for the reserved quota. (ii) KS & SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. (iii) Higher qualifications than the prescribed basic qualification will be accepted if recognized by the Government as equivalent or higher. Government orders regarding equivalent/higher qualifications must be produced when required by the Commission. (b) Physical Qualifications: (i) Height: Minimum 157 cm. (Note: For SC/ST candidates, minimum 150 cm is sufficient.) (ii) Vision: Must be certified as follows: Right Eye: Distant Vision 6/6 Snellen, Near Vision 0.5 Snellen Left Eye: Distant Vision 6/6 Snellen, Near Vision 0.5 Snellen Note: i) Each eye must have full vision. ii) Colour blindness, squint, or any morbid condition of the eyes or lids are disqualifications. iii) Physical defects like knock-knee, flat foot, varicose vein, bow legs, deformed hands/limbs, irregular/protruding teeth, and defects in speech/hearing are disqualifications. (c) Must qualify in at least 5 out of 8 items in the National Physical Efficiency Test (100m run, High Jump, Long Jump, Putting the Shot (4kg), 200m run, Throwing the Throwball, Shuttle Race (4x25m), Skipping (1 minute)).

1. The rank list will be valid for one year from the date of publication. 2. Candidates must produce a medical certificate in the prescribed format from a Medical Officer not below the rank of Assistant Surgeon/Junior Consultant regarding physical fitness and vision. 3. Candidates must upload a photo taken after 31.12.2013 (or within 6 months for new profiles created from 01.01.2023) with name and date clearly recorded. 4. No application fee. 5. Candidates must keep a soft copy/printout of the application. 6. Aadhaar card is mandatory as identity proof. 7. False information or malpractice will lead to disqualification and legal action as per KPSC Rules of Procedure Rule 22.
