18-36. Candidates born between 02.01.1986 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. Other backward communities and SC/ST candidates are eligible for usual age relaxation. (For other conditions regarding age relaxation, see Part II of the General Conditions of the Gazette Notification). Note: In addition to the age relaxation allowed under the General Conditions for employees of the Technical Education Department, they will be given an age relaxation of up to 10 years of their length of service. In any case, the upper age limit shall not exceed 50 years as on 01.01.2022.

Diploma in Engineering / Technology in the concerned branch from a University or Government recognized institution after a regular course of study of not less than three years or equivalent qualification. (GO(P)No.503/2012/H.Edn. Dated 12.10.2012) Note: (a) KS & SSR Part-II Rule 10(a) (ii) is applicable. (b) In addition to the qualifications prescribed in this notification, qualifications declared equivalent by the Government, qualifications prescribed in the Special Rules, and higher qualifications accepted by the Commission as equivalent to the prescribed qualification shall be accepted. Government orders regarding equivalent/higher qualifications should be produced when required by the Commission.

1. (a) The vacancies shown above are currently existing. The Ranked List prepared in pursuance of this notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years. If a new Ranked List is published for the same post after one year, the Ranked List prepared in pursuance of this notification will cease to be in force. Appointments will be made from the said list to the vacancies reported during the period the list remains in force. (b) 3% of vacancies are reserved for differently abled candidates (Locomotor Disability/Cerebral Palsy, Hearing Impairment, Low Vision) as per GO(P) No.1/2013/SJD dated 03.01.2013 and GO(P) No.20/2018/SJD dated 26.11.2018. Workshop Instructor/Demonstrator - Locomotor Disability/Cerebral Palsy, Hearing Impairment, Low Vision. Instructor Grade II/Draftsman Grade II - Low Vision only. Blind candidates are not eligible to apply for this post. 2. Candidates must register as per 'One Time Registration' on the official website of the Kerala Public Service Commission www.keralapsc.gov.in. Candidates who have already registered can apply through their profile. The photograph uploaded must be one taken after 31.12.2012. For candidates starting their profile from 01.01.2022, the photograph must be one taken within 6 months. The name of the candidate and the date of taking the photograph should be clearly printed at the bottom of the photograph. The uploaded photograph will be valid for 10 years from the date of upload. No application fee is required. Candidates are responsible for the correctness of personal information and secrecy of password. Before applying for each post, candidates must ensure that the information in their profile is correct. Applications submitted are provisional. No changes can be made after the last date of submission. Candidates should keep a soft copy/print out of the online application for future use. Print out of the application must be produced for correspondence with the Commission. Applications found to be in violation of notification conditions will be rejected unconditionally. Original documents to prove educational qualification, experience, caste, age, etc., should be produced when required by the Commission. Corrections made by candidates themselves in the profile or by the office of the Kerala Public Service Commission after the last date will not be reflected in the application. Changes made will be effective only from the date of correction. 3. If a written/OMR/online test is conducted, candidates must submit confirmation through their One Time Registration profile. Only those who submit confirmation will be able to download the admission ticket in the last 15 days before the date of the test. Applications of candidates who do not submit confirmation within the stipulated time will be rejected unconditionally. 4. Candidates with Aadhar card should provide Aadhar card as identity proof in their profile. 5. Candidates claiming caste/community in the application different from that in the SSLC book should produce a Non-Creamy Layer Certificate/Caste Certificate along with the Gazette notification regarding the change of caste at the time of certificate verification. 6. Candidates should read the general conditions included as Part II of the Gazette notification before submitting the application. Applications submitted in violation of general conditions will be rejected. 7. Candidates who submit false claims regarding education, experience, etc., will be liable for disciplinary/legal action as per Rule 22 of the Kerala Public Service Commission Rules of Procedure, including disqualification for the post, debarment from sending applications to the Kerala Public Service Commission for a fixed period, invalidation of answer scripts or practical test results, removal from service if already appointed, dismissal, or other appropriate disciplinary/legal actions.
