Direct Recruitment.

21-42. Only candidates born between 02.01.1980 and 01.01.2001 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. Other Backward Communities and SC/ST candidates are eligible for usual age relaxation (for other conditions regarding age relaxations please see Para 2 of the General conditions.)

(1) Bachelors Degree in Physiotherapy. (2) In the absence of qualified hands under item (1) above a) A pass in the Pre University or Pre Degree examination or its equivalent and Diploma in Physiotherapy from an Institution recognized by the State Government. OR b) A pass in the Pre Unversity or Pre Degree Examination or its equivalent and training given to Physiotherapy Assistant Grade Class II of Armed Forces. Note : The training will be obtained for the full training period of Physiotherapy in the Armed Force.

1. Rule 10 a(ii) of part II of KS&SSR is applicable. 2. In addition to the qualifications prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders, or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post, in the Special Rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the Commission. 3. Candidates must register as per 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION' with the Official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission www.keralapsc.gov.in before applying for the post. 4. If a Written/OMR/Online Test is conducted as part of this selection, candidates shall submit a confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration profile. 5. Candidates who have AADHAAR card should add AADHAAR Card as I.D Proof in their profile. 6. Special Instructions to candidates regarding caste/community claims, general conditions, and disciplinary action for bogus claims.
