Age 20-36 Only candidates born between 02.01.1977 and 01.01.1993 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post with usual relaxation to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Communities. Qualifications
(a) S.S.L.C. (b) Certificate in Electrical Engineering issued after a course of study for 2 years from an institution recognized by Government of Kerala. OR K.G.T.E. Or M.G.T.E. Group certificate in Electrical Engineering Light and power (Higher), Applied mechanics (Lower), Heat Engines (Lower) Mechanic drawing (Lower) and experience for not less than 2 years in an Electrical undertaking.
Notes
3 % of the vacancies are reserved for physically Handicapped candidates. As per G.O.(P) No. 57/2011/SWD dated. 22/11/2011 and G.O. (P) No. 20/98 P&ARD dated14/07/1998. PH belonging to the categories of Orthopaedic (Lower Extremities-minor defects), Partially Deaf alone are eligible to apply under 3 % reservation to PH candidates. The above vacancy is now in existence. The list of selected candidates published by the Commission in response to this notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new list after the expiry of the minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates will be advised from the said list against the vacancies noted above and the vacancies that may be reported to the Commission in writing during the period of currency of the list.
