1 (One) - PH (Orthopaedic- Lower extremities , low vision, Deaf, Partially deaf)

Direct recruitment from among PH candidates (Orthopaedic Lower extremities , low vision, Deaf, Partially deaf) by special recruitment.

1 Orthopaedic Lower extremities: 19-46. Only candidates born between 02.01.1967 and 01.01.1994 (Both dates included). 2 Low vision: 19-50. Only candidates born between 02.01.1963 and 01.01.1994 (Both dates included). 3 Deaf & Partially deaf: 19-50. Only candidates born between 02.01.1963 and 01.01.1994 (Both dates included). The maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years.

1) National Apprenticeship certificate in plumbing trade awarded after completion of full term apprenticeship for a minimum period of three years OR 2) National Trade Certificate in plumbing

1) The number of candidates to be included in the short list/probability list of the above post will be decided as per the availability of admitted applications. 2) As per GO(P) No.57/11/SWD dated 22.11.2011 this post is situated for 3% PH reservation. The Ranked list prepared in pursuance of this notification is intended to make recruitment to the Backlog vacancies earmarked for the various categories and PH groups as per GO(p)No.8/10/SWD dated.01.02.2010 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 3yrs subject to the condition that the Ranked list will cease to exist as and when candidate is advised and appointed against the above mentioned vacancy. Rules 14 to 17 of part II KS & SSR are not applicable to this selection. Candidate will be advised and appointed against the above mentioned vacancy and also against the Backlog vacancies, if any, reported by the appointing authorities as earmarked in GO(p)No.8/10/SWD dated.01.02.2010. Selection to the above mentioned vacancies will be made from among the (Ortho- Lower extremities , low vision, Deaf, Partially deaf)) PH categories found suitable for the post as per existing Government Orders and vacancies will be apportioned among these categories in the ratio of 1:1:1. If any of these categories are not eligible for a post the vacancies will be apportioned among the other category. 3) The Kerala Public Service Commission shall have the power to cancel the advice for appointment of any candidate to the above post, if it is subsequently found that such advice was made under some mistake. On such cancellation the appointing authority shall terminate the service of the candidate, provided that, the cancellation of advice for appointment by the Commission and subsequent termination of service of the candidate by the appointing authority shall be made within the period of probation or 240 days from the date of joining duty whichever is earlier. Note:-1) Application submitted by candidates other than those belonging to PH (Orthopaedic Lower extremities, low vision, Deaf, Partially deaf) category will be rejected. Individual rejection memo will not be sent to them. Candidates shall register as per 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION ‘ on the Official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission 'www.keralapsc.gov.in' for applying for the post. Candidates who have already registered shall apply by logging on to their profile using their User- ID and password. Documents to prove Qualification, community, age and disability certificate from the standing disability assessment board. etc. have to be produced as and when called for. 9 As per para 7 of GO(p) No.7/11/SWD dated 24.01.11, appropriate adjustments will be made, if necessary, in the ratio among different categories, as and when the Government issues appropriate orders there to, in order to recoup the paucity in the share due to blind and Deaf categories during the period up to 2003. 12.The selection to the above concern will be subject to the rules and regulations made by them from time to time.
