18-36, candidates born between 02.01.1987 and 01.01.2005 (both dates included) are eligible to apply (usual age relaxation is applicable).

1) Must have passed 7th Standard, but should not have acquired a Degree. 2) Must have experience of not less than one year as 'Aya' in any Government institution or in any institution registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860 (Central Act XXI of 1860) or the Travancore-Cochin Literary, Scientific and Charitable Societies Registration Act 1955 (XII of 1955) or in any institution run by local bodies using Government grant or in any Government aided autonomous institution.

i) A separate Ranked List will be prepared for Dheevara community in Malappuram district. The Ranked List thus prepared and published by the Commission, shall remain in force until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the above community, but remain unfilled due to paucity of candidates in the Ranked List published on 29/05/17 (Category No. 24/2014). ii) This is the second NCA notification for the post, as no qualified candidates were available for the vacancy notified in the Gazette dated 30/09/2021 (Category No. 442/21) for the Dheevara community in Malappuram district. iii) Candidates belonging to the above-mentioned reservation community should submit their application to the Malappuram district only and note the name of the district in the specified column of the application. iv) The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on a district-wise basis, subject to the special conditions laid down in G.O.(MS) No. 154/71/PD dated 27.05.71. A person advised for appointment from a Ranked List prepared on a district-wise basis is not eligible to transfer to another district for a period of five years from the date of commencement of service. After five years, transfer to another district will be subject to the rules in G.O.(P) No. 4/61 dated 02.01.1961. Candidates already in Government service in the same post in any district are not eligible to apply for this notification. v) Applications submitted by candidates not belonging to the reservation community mentioned in the notification will be rejected without any notice. vi) Experience certificate must be obtained after acquiring the educational qualification. vii) Selection to this post is reserved for women only in all departments. viii) K.S & S.S.R Part II Rule 10 (a) ii is applicable to this selection. In addition to the qualifications prescribed in this notification, higher qualifications and equivalent qualifications recognized by the Commission in the special rules or by executive orders or standing orders will be accepted. Candidates must produce Government orders regarding equivalency/higher qualification at the time of verification. ix) The authenticity of the experience certificate will be subject to verification and legal action will be taken against those who submit fake certificates.
