Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to Hindu Nadar community of Kerala State only). Note: Applications submitted by candidates not belonging to the Hindu Nadar community will be rejected without any notice.
Age Limit
20-39. Candidates should be born between 02.01.1983 and 01.01.2002 (both dates included). Note: The upper age limit shall not exceed 50 years under any circumstances, subject to the special relaxations provided in the General Conditions (Part 2, Paragraph 2) of this notification.
Qualifications
(i) Pass in Plus Two/Pre-Degree course with Science subjects/Pass in VHSE (Science)/VHSE in Domestic Nursing or its equivalent. (ii) B.Sc Nursing from a recognized University or a pass in General Nursing and Midwifery course of not less than 3 years duration from a Government recognized institution. (iii) Must be registered with the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council as Nurse and Midwife (for women) or Nurse (for men).
Notes
1. The rank list prepared will be valid until the expiry of the rank list published for the post on 16/07/2018 (Category No. 454/16) or until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the community, whichever is earlier. 2. Candidates belonging to the reservation community must apply to the district for which the vacancy is notified. 3. Selection is district-wise as per G.O.(MS) No. 154/71/PD dated 27.05.71. Candidates appointed cannot be transferred to another district for 5 years. 4. KS&SSR Part II Rule 10 a (ii) is applicable. 5. Candidates must upload a photograph taken after 31/12/2012. The photograph must have the name of the candidate and the date of taking the photograph clearly printed at the bottom. The photograph is valid for 10 years. 6. Aadhaar card must be provided as identity proof in the profile. 7. Candidates must confirm their participation for the exam (if conducted) via their OTR profile to receive the admission ticket. 8. Any false claims regarding qualifications or experience will lead to disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of the KPSC Rules of Procedure 1976.
