18 – 41. Candidates should be born between 02.01.1980 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included). In the absence of qualified candidates within the specified age limit, relaxation up to 50 years will be allowed. However, in no case shall it exceed 50 years.

1. SSLC or equivalent qualification. 2. Not less than 2 years of experience in store keeping in Government / Quasi-Government institutions.

1. The vacancies are currently existing. The Ranked List prepared in pursuance of this notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years. If a new Ranked List is published for the same post after one year, the current list will cease to be in force. Appointments will be made from the said list to the vacancies reported for Special Recruitment for SC/ST and to the vacancies exclusively reported for ST. In the absence of ST candidates in the Ranked List, a new notification will be issued for the vacancies reserved for them. 2. Applications from candidates not belonging to SC/ST will be rejected. No separate intimation will be given for rejection. 3. KS & SSR Part II Rule 10(a) ii is applicable. 4. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification should produce Government Order proving the equivalency at the time of verification. 5. In case of difference in caste recorded in SSLC book, candidates should claim the correct caste in the application and produce the caste certificate issued by the concerned Revenue Authority and the relevant Gazette notification at the time of verification. 6. Candidates must upload the scanned image of the experience/service certificate. The certificate should contain details like certificate number, date, name of the post, period, issuing authority, and name of the institution. 7. Certificates are subject to verification. Legal action will be taken against those who submit fake certificates. 8. Candidates must keep a soft copy/print out of the online application for future use. The print out should be produced during correspondence with the Commission. 9. If any claim regarding education, experience, caste, age, etc., is found to be false, the application will be rejected unconditionally. Original documents must be produced when required by the Commission. 10. General conditions regarding photo, ID, etc., are applicable. 11. Rules 2, 3, and 25 of the General Conditions are not applicable to this selection. 12. Appointments will be made subject to the provisions of the Kerala State and Subordinate Services Rules, 1958 and relevant Government orders regarding reservation for SC/ST. 13. If a written/OMR/online test is conducted, candidates must provide confirmation through their One Time Registration profile. Only those who provide confirmation will be able to download the admission ticket. Failure to provide confirmation will lead to unconditional rejection of the application. 14. Disciplinary action will be taken as per KPSC Rules of Procedure Rule 22 against candidates who provide false claims and fail to appear for the exam after providing confirmation.
