Age Limit
19-49, Candidates must be born between 02.01.1973 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included). In the absence of qualified candidates within the specified age limit, relaxation up to 50 years is allowed, but in no case shall it exceed 50 years.
Qualifications
1. SSLC or equivalent qualification. 2. (a) National Trade Certificate in the appropriate trade. OR (b) National Apprenticeship Certificate in the appropriate trade. OR (c) Diploma in the appropriate branch of Engineering from a Government or Government recognized Polytechnic or equivalent qualification.
Notes
1. Degrees/Diplomas from Universities/Institutions established by Act of Parliament/State Legislature or recognized by UGC are acceptable for Government service. 2. KS&SSR part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. 3. Higher qualifications or equivalent qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders are acceptable. 4. In case of discrepancy in caste in SSLC book, candidates must claim the correct caste in the application and produce the caste certificate from the concerned Revenue Authority and the relevant Gazette notification at the time of verification. 5. Training: Only those who successfully complete the training at the Central Training Institute are eligible for promotion. However, if they are not deputed for training and are otherwise eligible, this condition is not applicable, but they must undergo training after promotion. 6. Applications from candidates other than SC/ST will be rejected without notice. 7. Candidates must provide confirmation for written/OMR/online exams through their profile. Admission tickets will be available 15 days before the exam date. 8. False claims regarding qualifications or experience will lead to disqualification, debarment from PSC exams, cancellation of answer sheets, removal from service if already appointed, and other disciplinary/legal actions.
