Direct Recruitment from among the eligible employees belonging to Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava Communities of the Member Societies affiliated to Kerala State Co-operative Consumers' Federation Limited.

18- 50 years. Candidates born between 02.01.1972 and 01.01.2004 (Both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post.

1. Must have completed 3 years regular service in any cadre in the Member Societies affiliated to the Kerala State Co-operative Consumers' Federation Limited. Candidates selected under this Category should be in service of the Member Society not only on the date of application but also on the date of appointment. 2. 1. The above vacancy is now in existence. The Ranked list published as per this notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancy earmarked for Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava community but remain unfilled due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published on 17.08.2017 for the above post notified under category number 305/2011. This is the second NCA notification issued due to non-availability of qualified candidates belonging to the above Community in response to the first NCA notification (Gazette date : 31.01.2019, Category No. 07/2019). 2. The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on statewide basis. 3. As per Rule 184 of KCS every person appointed to this post shall from the date on which he/she joins the duty be on probation for a period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years. 4. Applications submitted by candidates who are not regular employees of member societies affiliated to Kerala State Co-operative Consumers' Federation Limited and who belong to communities other than Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava will be rejected. Individual communication regarding such rejection will not be issued. 5. Rule 10 (a) ii of Part II of the KS&SSR is applicable. 6. The requirement that the employees should be in service of the Society on the date of appointment to the post in pursuance of this notification will not be applicable to those who were recruited through the PSC to a post in the Apex/Central Societies reserved for the employees of the affiliated Primary Co-Operative/Member Societies, provided they are continuing in service in that Post. 7. In addition to the qualifications prescribed in this notification, the qualifications recognized by Executive Orders or by Standing Orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post in the Special Rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the aquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the the Government orders declaring equivalent / higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the Commission. 8. The eligible employees of Member Societies affiliated to Kerala Co-operative Consumers Federation Limited who apply for the above post should obtain the Service Certificate from the Assistant Registrar (General) showing the details of service of the applicant, which render them, eligible to apply for the post and the same shall be produced when required by the Commission. Applications submitted after uploading the Service Certificate alone will be accepted.
