Direct Recruitment from eligible employees of the Member Societies affiliated to The Kerala State Co-operative Consumers' Federation Limited belonging to Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava community. Note:- Applications submitted by candidates who are not regular employees of societies affiliated to The Kerala State Co-operative Consumers' Federation Limited and belonging to community other than Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava will be rejected. Individual communication regarding the rejection of their applications for the above reason will not be issued.

18-50. Only candidates born between 02.01.1975 and 01.01.2007 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post.

1. Must have 3 (three) years regular service in any cadre in the Member society affiliated to The Kerala State Co-operative Consumers' Federation Limited and should be in service of the Member society not only on the date of application but also on the date of appointment to the new post. 2. Graduation from a recognized university with HDC/JDC OR B.Com with Co-operation 3. DCA/MS Office

1) The above vacancy is now in existence. The Ranked list published as per this notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancy earmarked for Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava community but remain unfilled due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published on 17.08.2017 for the above post notified under category number 305/2011.This is the fourth NCA notification issued due to non-availability of qualified candidates belonging to the above community in response to the first NCA(Gazette date : 31.01.2019, Category No. 007/2019), second NCA( Gazette date: 30.12.2022, Category No. 616/2022 ) and third NCA( Gazette date: 30.12.2024, Category No. 545/2024) notifications. 2) The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on a statewide basis. 3) Probation:- As per KCS rule 184 every person appointed to the post shall from the date on which he/she joins duty be on probation for a total period of 1 years within a continuous period of 2 years. 4) Rule 10 (a) (ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable for this selection. 5) In addition to the qualification prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for the post, and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the commission. 6) The requirement that the employees should be in service of the society on the date of appointment will not be applicable to those who were recruited through the PSC to a post in the Apex/Central Societies reserved for the employees of the affiliated Primary Co-operative/Member Societies, provided they are continuing in service in that post. 7) The eligible employees of Member Societies of affiliated to The Kerala State Co-operative Consumers' Federation Limited who apply for the above post should obtain the Service Certificate from the Assistant Registrar (General) showing the details of service of the applicant, which render them eligible to apply for the post and shall be produced when required by the Commission. Applications that upload Service Certificate at the time of submission will only be considered.
