Recruitment By Transfer From Departmental candidates

Upper age limit not applicable.

(i) A pass in VHSE in Livestock Management. (ii) In the absence of persons possessing qualification in items (I) above ,A pass in SSLC or equivalent

(i) Departmental candidates should produce service certificates and self attested true copies of the same containing full particulars of their service as officers in Animal Husbandry Department as and when the Commission called for. (ii) Candidates recruited by the Commission shall be appointed to the service provisionally and they shall undergo the Stockman training course / Livestock Inspector training course. After the successful completion of training, their provisional appointment will be regularized from the date of first appointment treating their training period as regular service. Those who do not complete the course successfully in the first attempt shall be allowed 3 (Three) more chances to complete the course successfully. In the case of candidates who fail to complete the course successfully even in the fourth attempt, their provisional appointment shall be terminated and they shall be discharged from service. There shall be no re-ranking of candidates based on the marks secured by them during the training. (iii) Candidate selected will have to execute a bond in the prescribed form to serve the Government of Kerala for a minimum period of 5 years after the regular appointment. Those who leave the service in between or during training are liable to pay for the damage if any fixed by the Government. (iv) Each trainee will have to produce a certificate (in original) of physical fitness from a Medical Officer not below the rank of Assistant Surgeon. This certificate need be produced as and when called for by the Commission. (v) A Ranked list will be prepared for Malappuram District in pursuance of this notification. The Ranked list thus prepared and published by the Commission, shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year, subject to the condition that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new list after the expiry of the minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates will be advised for appointment against aforesaid vacancies and also against the vacancies, if any, reported during the currency of the list. (vi) The selection in pursuance of the notification will be made on a revenue district basis subject to the special conditions laid down in GO (MS) No.154/71/PD dated 27/05/1971.A candidate advised for appointment in Malappuram district from the Ranked List prepared is not eligible for transfer to another district unless he/she completes five years continuous service from the date of commencement of service in the former district. Even if transfer is allowed after five years, it will be subject to the rules in G.O. (P) No. 36/91/P&ARD, dated 02.12.1991 for inter district transfers in same department. Candidates already in Government service holding this post in any one district are prohibited from applying again for this post. (i) Differently abled persons are not eligible for appointment to the post. (ii) KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a) (ii) is applicable for selection to the post. (iii) All the qualifications for the post must have acquired before the last date of receipt of application. (iv) In addition to the qualification prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post, in the Special rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post ,shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the Commission.
