18-41. Candidates must be born between 02.01.1980 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included). In the absence of qualified candidates within the specified age limit, the upper age limit will be relaxed up to 50 years. However, in no case shall the age exceed 50 (fifty) years.

(i) Pre-Degree / Plus Two / VHSE. (ii) Pharmacy Diploma (D.Pharm). (iii) Registration with Kerala State Pharmacy Council.

(i) A separate rank list will be prepared for Palakkad district. The rank list will be in force for a minimum of one year and a maximum of three years. If a new rank list is published after one year, the current list will cease to exist. Appointments will be made from this list for the vacancies shown above and for additional vacancies reported for SC/ST special recruitment during the validity of the list. If no SC/ST candidates are available in this list, a separate notification will be issued for vacancies reserved exclusively for ST candidates. (ii) Selection is district-wise as per G.O (M.S) 154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971. Candidates appointed cannot transfer to another district for five years. After five years, transfers are subject to G.O (M.S) 4/61/PD dated 02.01.1961. Candidates already in government service in the same post and department in any district are not eligible to apply, but may apply for higher posts. (iii) Candidates must apply only to the district where vacancies are reported and specify the district name in the application. Applying to more than one district will lead to rejection of applications and disciplinary action. Appointments to headquarters vacancies will be made from the Thiruvananthapuram district rank list as per G.O (M.S) 154/71/PD dated 25.05.1971. (iv) In case of discrepancies in caste details in the SSLC book, candidates must claim the correct caste in the application and produce a caste certificate from revenue authorities and relevant gazette notification during OTR verification. - Non-SC/ST candidates applying will have their applications rejected without notice. - KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable. - Candidates must upload a photo taken after 31.12.2011 with name and date clearly marked. The photo is valid for 10 years. - No application fee. - Candidates must keep a soft copy/print out of the online application for future use. - Aadhar card must be provided as identity proof in the profile. - If a written/OMR/online test is conducted, candidates must provide confirmation through their OTR profile to receive an admission ticket. - Providing false information regarding qualifications or experience will lead to disciplinary action under KPSC Rules of Procedure Rule 22. - Appointments are subject to the rules of the Kerala State and Subordinate Services Rules 1958.
