Direct Recruitment (Special Recruitment from among Scheduled Tribe Candidates only)

18-45, Only candidates born between 02.01.1981 and 01.01.2008 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. Note:- In the absence of qualified candidates within the age limit, upper age limit shall be relaxed upto 50 years. But in no case the maximum age limit shall exceed 50 (Fifty) years.

1. General Pass in Plus 2 with Science subjects or its equivalent examination from recognized institutions. 2. Technical Diploma in Health Inspector course conducted by Director of Health Services or by any other institution recognized by Government of Kerala. 3. Registration Registration with Kerala Paramedical Council

Note: (i) The above Vacancy is now in existence. A Ranked List will be prepared for Alappuzha district in pursuance of this notification. The Ranked Lists thus prepared and published by the Commission in response to this notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new list after the expiry of the minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Recruitment will be made for the above vacancy and also for the vacancies reported for Special Recruitment for Scheduled Tribes Only during the currency of the list. (ii) The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on a Revenue District basis, subject to the special conditions laid down in G.O (Ms) No. 154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971. A candidate advised for appointment in one Revenue District from the Ranked List so prepared is not eligible for transfer to another District unless he/she completes five (5) years continuous service from the date of commencement of service in the former district. Even if transfer is allowed after five (5) years, it will be subject to the orders contained in G O (Ms) No.4/61/PD dated 02.01.1961. Candidates already in Government service, holding the post in any one District are restricted from applying for the same post in another District. But they can apply for higher posts when notified. (iii) Candidates included in the Ranked List for district wise selection will be advised for appointment against the Head Quarters vacancies also. As per the provision in G.O (Ms) No. 154/71/PD dated 27/05/1971, appointment against the Headquarters vacancies will start from Thiruvananthapuram District. Separate option need not be given for this. The conditions laid down in G.O (P) No.27/13/PD dated 28.09.2013 shall be applicable to the candidates thus appointed. Note :- Applications received from candidates other than Scheduled Tribe will be rejected. Individual communications regarding the rejection of their applications for the above reason will not be issued. Note :- a) Every person appointed to the post shall from the date on which he joins duty be on probation for a period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years. b) Rule 10(a) (ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable for selection to the post. “In addition to the qualifications prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for the post, in the Special Rules or found acceptable by the Commission in cases where acceptance of equivalent qualifications is provided for in the rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the Commission.”
