Direct Recruitment from among the employees of the Member Societies affiliated to the Kerala Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Limited (i.e. Regional Co-operative Milk Producers Union).

18 - 50. Candidates should be born between 02/01/1972 and 01/01/2004 (both dates included).

1) Must have 3 (Three) years of regular service in any post in the Member Societies (i.e. Regional Co-operative Milk Producers Union) affiliated to the Kerala Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Limited and should be in service of the Member Society both on the date of application and on the date of appointment. 2) Degree in B.Com / BBA / BBM / B.Sc (Co-operation & Banking) or any other degree from a recognized University.

1) Vacancies reported from the Kerala Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Limited will be divided in 1:1 ratio between General Category (General Open Market candidates) (Part I) and Society Category (employees of Member Societies affiliated to the Kerala Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Limited, i.e. Regional Co-operative Milk Producers Union) (Part II), and appointments will be made from the two lists in the order of first turn to General Category. Reservation rules as per KS&SSR General Rules 14 to 17 of 1958 will be followed. 2) The ranked list prepared as per this notification will be valid for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years. If a new ranked list is published for the same post after one year, the validity of this ranked list will expire. Appointments will be made from this ranked list against vacancies reported for the Society Category during the validity of the ranked list. 3) Rotation will be followed as in the case of appointments in Government Departments and Public Sector Undertakings. If there is a shortage of candidates in the ranked list prepared for employees of Member Societies, those vacancies will be filled from the ranked list of General Open Market candidates. Such vacancies will not be returned to the Society Category later. 4) Selection under this notification will be state-wide. 5) As per KCS Act 184, those appointed to this post will be on probation for a period of two years within a continuous service of three years from the date of joining service. 6) Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II, KS&SSR is applicable to this selection. 7) Candidates claiming caste/community/non-creamy layer status must produce the relevant certificate/gazette notification at the time of certificate verification. 8) Candidates appointed through the Kerala Public Service Commission to vacancies reserved for employees of Member Societies must be in service of the affiliated primary co-operative/member society on the date of appointment. 9) Equivalent qualifications and higher qualifications will be accepted if recognized by the Government/Commission. 10) Any false claim regarding education, experience, etc., or failure to provide confirmation for the exam, or failure to appear for the exam, will lead to disciplinary action including debarment from future exams and cancellation of candidature/appointment. 11) Candidates must obtain a Service Certificate from the Assistant Registrar (General) of the Co-operative Department and upload it at the time of application. The Service Certificate must contain the specified details.
