20-41. Candidates should be born between 02.01.1980 and 01.01.2001 (both dates included). In the absence of qualified candidates within the specified age limit, the upper age limit shall be relaxed up to 50 years. However, in no case shall it exceed 50 years.

i) Pass in Plus Two/Pre-Degree course with Science subjects/Pass in VHSE with Science subjects/VHSE in Domestic Nursing or equivalent qualification. ii) Pass in B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized university or pass in General Nursing and Midwifery course of not less than 3 years duration from a Government recognized institution. iii) Must have registered as Nurse and Midwife (for women) or Nurse (for men) with the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council.

1. KS&SSR part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable regarding qualifications. 2. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification must produce the Government order proving the equivalency at the time of verification. 3. In case of any difference in caste mentioned in the SSLC book, candidates must claim the correct caste in the application and produce a caste certificate from the concerned Revenue Authority and the relevant Gazette notification at the time of verification. 4. Candidates who provide false information regarding education, experience, etc., and fail to appear or provide confirmation for the exam will be subject to disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure. 5. Applications from candidates not belonging to Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes will be rejected without notice. 6. Candidates with Aadhar card must provide it as an identity document in their profile. 7. Candidates must provide confirmation for the exam through their One Time Registration profile. Only those who provide confirmation will be able to download the admission ticket. Failure to provide confirmation within the specified time will lead to rejection of the application. 8. Appointments will be made based on the rank list prepared as per this notification and subject to the rules and government orders mentioned in the notification.
