By Transfer Recruitment from employees working as Typist, Record Keeper, Driver cum Office Attendant, Binder, Reprographic Operator, Office Attendant, Lab Attendant, Office Attender, Watcher in the Kerala State Pollution Control Board.

18-50. Candidates must be born between 02.01.1971 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included). Other age relaxation rules are not applicable to this selection.

Degree from any University recognized by the UGC.

Note (I): (i) The vacancy mentioned above is currently existing. This list will also be used for future vacancies reported during the validity of the list. (ii) The Kerala Public Service Commission reserves the right to cancel any recommendation for appointment if it is found to be incorrect. If the appointment recommendation is cancelled, the appointing authority shall terminate the service of the candidate. However, the cancellation of the recommendation and termination of service must be within the probation period or 240 days after joining duty, whichever is earlier. Note (II): In the absence of qualified candidates from the specified categories, the vacancies reserved for this category will be filled by direct recruitment. Such diverted vacancies will not be returned later. Note (III): (i) The reservation rules mentioned in Part II, Rules 14 to 17 of the Kerala State & Subordinate Service Rules 1958 are not applicable to this selection. (ii) Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II KS& SSR is applicable. (iii) The basic educational qualification prescribed for each post must be obtained from a UGC recognized university, National Institutes established by the Central Government, educational institutions established by the Kerala Government, or equivalent. (iv) Candidates claiming equivalent qualification must produce the Government Order proving the equivalence at the time of verification. (v) Candidates who provide false claims regarding education, experience, etc., and fail to appear for the examination after giving confirmation, will face disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of the KPSC Rules of Procedure 1976. (vi) Candidates must have acquired the prescribed qualifications on or before the date the vacancies arise. Candidates applying for by-transfer recruitment must upload a Service Certificate in the prescribed format from their Head of Office to their profile and produce the original when required by the Commission.
