Age Limit
20-50, Candidates should have been born between 02.01.1972 and 01.01.2002 (both dates included). Other than usual age relaxations, no other concessions are applicable for this selection.
Qualifications
1. Post Graduate Degree in the concerned subject recognized by any of the Universities in Kerala or equivalent thereto. 2. 'A' Class permanent registration from Travancore-Cochin Medical Council (Council of Indigenous Medicine). Note:- 1. Post Graduate Degree in the respective subject is made compulsory for direct recruitment to the post of Assistant Professor. 2. In the absence of Post Graduate degree holders in any subject, Post Graduate qualification in Ayurveda prescribed by Central Council of Indian Medicine from time to time will be considered.
Notes
1. Applications submitted by candidates other than Scheduled Tribes will be rejected. No individual communication will be issued regarding such rejection. 2. The rank list prepared as per this notification shall cease to be in force after three years or after one year from the date on which it comes into force, whichever is earlier. 3. KS&SSR part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. 4. Probation: Every person appointed to the post shall from the date on which he joins duty be on probation for a total period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years. 5. Confirmation for written/OMR/online test is mandatory through One Time Registration profile. 6. Misbehavior or wrong claims will lead to disqualification and disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of KPSC Rules of Procedure.
