ASSISTANT PROFESSOR IN VARIOUS SUBJECTS

One (01) each in the following subjects 1. 451/2022 - Agadatantra & Vidhi Ayurveda - 01 (SC/ST) 2. 452/2022 - Salakya Tantra - 01 (SC/ST)

Direct Recruitment (Special Recruitment for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes only). Note:- Applications received from candidates other than Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe candidates will be rejected. Individual communications regarding the rejection of their applications for the above reason will not be issued.

20-50, Only Candidates born between 02.01.1972 and 01.01.2002 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. No other age relaxation will be allowed.

(i) A Post Graduate Degree in Ayurveda in the concerned subject from any of the Universities in Kerala or from any other University recognised by any of the Universities in Kerala. (ii) Permanent 'A' Class Registration with Travancore – Cochin Medical Council (Council of Indigenous Medicine).

1. Post graduate degree in the concerned subject has been made compulsory for appointment by direct recruitment to the post of Assistant Professor. 2. If post-graduate holders of any subject are not available, post-graduate qualification prescribed by Central Council of Indian Medicine shall be admissible for that subject from time to time. 3. Rule 10(a)(ii) of part II of KS&SSR is applicable for this selection. 4. Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification should produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification, then only such qualification shall be treated as equivalent to the prescribed qualification concerned. 5. If the caste of the candidate is wrongly mentioned in their SSLC book, they should claim their original caste in their applications and should produce community certificate issued from the revenue authority concerned and the Gazette Notification to prove the same at the time of certificate verification. Probation: Every Person appointed to this post shall from the date on which he joins duty be on Probation for a total period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years.
