Viswakarma-01(One) The above vacancy is now in existence. The Ranked List published as per this notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for Viswakarma community as unfilled due to paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published on 30.03.2011(Cat.No:281/2010), Gazette Date 27.10.2010 for the post. This is the IV NCA notification for the post owing to the non availability of qualified candidates belonging to the above mentioned community as per the First (Cat. No:707/2012, Gazette dated 31.12.2012), Second(Cat. No: 572/2015, Gazette dated 29.12.2015 and Third (Cat. No:322/2018), Gazette dated 29.12.2018) NCA notifications.

Direct Recruitment from among candidates belonging to Viswakarma community only. Note:-Application of candidates belonging to community other than Viswakarma community will be summarily rejected. Individual rejection memo will not be issued to them.

18-45, Only candidates born between 02/01/1975 and 01/01/2002 (both dates included)are eligible to apply for the post.(Including the age relaxation as per Para 2(i) of the General Conditions) . For other conditions regarding age relaxation please see Part II Para 2 of General Conditions except para 2(i) of this notification.

1. Degree in Modern Medicine (MBBS) or equivalent qualification 2. Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in concerned specialty or equivalent qualification. OR Diplomate in National Board in Concerned specialty. OR D M Degree in Cardiology/Neurology/Medical Gastroenterology/Nephrology OR MCH Degree in Urology(Genito Urinary Surgery)/Thorasic Surgery/Surgical Gastroenterology/Plastic Surgery/Paediatrics Surgery/Neurosurgery. OR Equivalent qualification of Diplomate in National Board in the above specialties. 3. All persons must possess valid registration with Travancore-Cochin Medical Council.

Note I :- Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II KS & SSR is applicable. Note II:- Preferences will be given in direct recruitment to candidates with Post Graduate Degree or Super Specialty Degree over those with Post Graduate Diploma qualifications, other things being equal. NoteIII :- (1) Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Post Graduate Degree/Super Specialty Degree wherever mentioned in this notification must be either awarded or recognized by any recognized University or equivalent Institute. Medical Post Graduate Degree/Diploma or equivalent qualification recognized by Medical Council of India and Diplomate in National Board awarded by National Board of Examinations only will be considered. Non Medical Degree or Diploma mentioned in this notification must be awarded by any recognized University or equivalent Institute. (2) Equivalent Medical qualification wherever mentioned in this notification (except DNB) means those qualifications recognized as equivalent by the Medical Council of India. Note IV:- Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification, then only such qualification shall be treated as equivalent to the prescribed qualification concerned. Note V:- In the case of difference in original caste/community claimed in the application and that entered in SSLC book, the candidate shall produce a Gazette Notification in this regard, along with NCLC/Community Certificate at the time of Certificate Verification. Note VI:- Appropriate disciplinary action as per Rule of Procedure Rule 22 shall be initiated against those candidates who submit applications with bogus claims or qualification regarding education, experience etc. and submit confirmation for writing the examination, irrespective of whether they are present or absent for the examination.
