Part Time Junior Language Teacher (Urdu)

District-wise: Wayanad - 01 (One)

Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe community only). In the absence of candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe community, applications of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste community will be considered.

18-45. Candidates born between 02.01.1978 and 01.01.2005 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. (Usual age relaxation is applicable as per General Conditions).

1. SSLC or its equivalent qualification. 2. A degree in Urdu conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. OR A title of Oriental Learning in Urdu awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. OR A pass in Adib-i-Fazil (Preliminary) Examination in Urdu of any University in Kerala. OR A pass in Urdu Higher Examination of the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. OR BA Degree in Urdu and Islamic History double main awarded by Kannur University (G.O.(MS) No.158/2018/G.Edn dated 12/11/2018). Note: The degree and title of Oriental Learning must be in the concerned subject. 3. Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET-IV) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala. Exemptions: (i) Candidates who have acquired M.Ed in the concerned subject or NET/SET/M.Phil/Ph.D are exempted from the requirement of passing K-TET (G.O. (P) No. 145/16/G.Edn dated 30.08.2016, G.O. (P) No. 206/16/G.Edn dated 08.12.2016). (ii) As per the guidelines in G.O. (P) No. 1866829/J3/2017/G.Edn dated 09/03/2018, CTET Primary stage is exempted from K-TET Category I, and CTET Elementary stage is exempted from K-TET Category II. CTET is not accepted for K-TET Category III and IV. (iii) Candidates who have passed KTET Category III are exempted from acquiring KTET Category IV (G.O.(MS) No. 109/2022/G.Edn dated 24.06.2022).

1. Applications must be submitted online through the official website www.keralapsc.gov.in. 2. Candidates belonging to communities other than the notified community will be rejected without notice. 3. A separate Ranked List will be prepared for Wayanad district. 4. The selection will be made as per the special rules in G.O.(MS) No. 154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971. 5. Candidates must upload a photo taken within 6 months of the application date. 6. Candidates must provide confirmation for writing the exam through their profile. 7. Candidates must produce original documents for verification when required.
