District wise Scheduled Caste Converted to Christianity (SCCC) Kasaragod - 01 (One)

Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste Converted to Christianity (SCCC) community of Kerala State Only). Note: Application submitted by candidates belonging to the communities other than those included in this notification will be summarily rejected. No rejection memo will be issued to these candidates.

1. Indian Systems of Medicine / Insurance Medical Services 18-39, ie, candidates born between 02.01.1982 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included) are only eligible to apply for this post. (Including the relaxation as per Para 2(i) of the General Conditions) In the case of candidates belonging to Adult members of Scheduled Caste and their children when such adult members are converted to Christianity the upper age limit will be 41 years, ie, such candidates should be born between 02.01.1980 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included) (Including the relaxation as per Para 2(i) of the General Conditions) 2. Ayurveda Colleges 19-39. ie, candidates born between 02.01.1982 and 01.01.2002 (both dates included) are only eligible to apply for this post. (Including the relaxation as per Para 2(i) of the General Conditions) In the case of candidates belonging to Adult members of Scheduled Caste and their children when such adult members are converted to Christianity the upper age limit will be 41 years, ie, such candidates should be born between 02.01.1980 and 01.01.2002 (both dates included) (Including the relaxation as per Para 2(i) of the General Conditions) Note :- For concessions allowed in upper age limit, subject to the condition that the maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 (fifty) years, Please see Para (2) of the General Condition under Part II of this notification (except para 2(i) ).

1. Indian Systems of Medicine / Ayurveda Colleges i) Pass in S.S.L.C or its equivalent. ii) Diploma /Certificate in Ayurveda Pharmacist course recognised by the Government of Kerala. 2. Insurance Medical Services Certificate of Ayurveda Pharmacist Course recognised by the Government. Note :- 1. KS&SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable for selection to this post. 2. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification should produce relevant Government Orders during OTR verification to prove that the qualification claimed is equivalent to the prescribed qualification for the Post.

(i) The above vacancy is now in existence. A Rank list will be prepared for Kasaragod District in pursuance of this notification. Ranked List thus prepared and published shall remain in force for a period of three years and the date of publication of Rank list or until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the above community, but remain unfilled due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published for the post in the district whichever is earlier. (ii) The candidates belonging to above reservation community shall submit application for the post to the above district and shall note the name of that district against the relevant column of the online application. (iii) The fifth NCA notification is issued due to paucity of qualified candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste Converted to Christianity (SCCC) community after the issuance of First NCA notification vide category No.290/15, Second NCA notification vide Category No.460/17, Third NCA Notification vide category No.228/18 and fourth NCA notification vide Category No.463/2019. (iv) In case of change in Caste/Community noted in the SSLC book, candidates must claim their original caste/community in the application and shall produce Non Creamy Layer Certificate issued by the Revenue Authorities and the original Gazette notification publishing the change of caste/community at the time of OTR verification for selection to the above post. (v) The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on a Revenue District basis, subject to the special conditions laid down in G.O (MS) No. 154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971. A candidate advised for appointment in one Revenue District from the Ranked List prepared is not eligible for transfer to another district unless he/she completes five years continuous service from the date of commencement of service in the former district. Even if transfer is allowed after five years, it will be subject to the rules in G O (MS) No.4/61/PD, dated 2.1.1961. Candidates already in Government Service holding the same post in the same department in any one district are prohibited from applying again for this post, but they can apply to higher posts when notified.
