Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to Ezhava/Billava/Thiyaa, Scheduled Caste, Hindu Nadar, Scheduled Tribe communities of Kerala State Only).

1. Indian Systems of Medicine/ Insurance Medical Services:- i) 18-39, ie, Candidates belonging Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava, Hindu Nadar community, born between 02.01.1985 and 01.01.2006 (both dates included) are only eligible to apply for this post. (Including the relaxation as per Para 2(i) of the General Conditions) ii) 18-41 ie, Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, born between 02.01.1983 and 01.01.2006 (both dates included) are only eligible to apply for this post. (Including the relaxation as per Para 2(i) of the General Conditions) 2. Ayurveda Colleges I) 19-39, ie, Candidates belonging to Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava, Hindu Nadar born between 02.01.1985 and 01.01.2005 (both dates included) are only eligible to apply for this post. (Including the relaxation as per Para 2(i) of the General Conditions) II) 19-41; Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes candidates born between 02.01.1983 and 01.01.2005 (both dates included) are only eligible to apply for this post. (Including the relaxation as per Para 2(i) of the General Conditions) Note :- For concessions allowed in upper age limit, subject to the condition that the maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 (fifty) years, Please see Para (2) of the General Condition under Part II of this notification (except para 2(i).

1. Indian Systems of Medicine/Ayurveda Colleges i) Pass in SSLC or its equivalent. ii) Diploma/Certificate in Ayurveda Pharmacist course recognised by the Government of Kerala. 2. Insurance Medical Services Certificate of Ayurveda Pharmacist course recognised by the Government . Note:- (1) KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable for selection to this post. In addition to the qualifications prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualifications specified for a post, in the Special Rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the Commission.

(i) The above vacancies are now in existence. Separate Ranked list will be prepared for the above Districts in pursuance of this notification. Ranked List thus prepared and published shall remain in force until the candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the Mother Ranked List(Cat.No-531/19) published for the post as shown below in the above districts (ii) The candidates belonging to above mentioned reservation communities shall submit application for the post to any one of the above districts and shall note the name of that district against the relevent coloumn of the online application. Application should not submitted more than one district in response to this notification . If applications are sent contrary to the above direction and he/she is selected his/her name will be removed from the ranked list and disciplinary action will be taken against him/her (iii) The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on a Revenue District basis, subject to the special conditions laid down in G.O.(MS) No. 154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971. A candidate advised for appointment in one Revenue District from the Ranked list prepared is not eligible for transfer to another District unless he/she completes 5 years continuous service from the date of commencement of service in the former District. Even if transfer is allowed after 5 years, it will be subject to the rules in G.O.(MS)No. 4/61/PD dated, 02.01.1961. Candidates already in Government service holding this post in any one District are prohibited from applying again for this post, but they can apply to higher/lower posts when notified. Note: Applications of candidates belonging to the communities other than those included in this notification will be summarily rejected. No rejection memo will be issued to these candidates.
