18 - 43. Candidates born between 02/01/1980 and 01/01/2005 (both dates included) are eligible to apply.

1) Must have passed 7th Standard (New) or equivalent qualification. 2) Must possess a current Motor Driving License (LD License) with Driver's Badge for at least three years. (The driving license must be valid at all stages of selection, i.e., last date of application, written test date, practical test date, interview date, and appointment date.) 3) Proficiency in driving light duty vehicles. (To be proved in the practical test.) 4) Medical Fitness: (i) Ear: Must have perfect hearing ability. (ii) Eye: (Both eyes) Distant Vision: 6/6 Snellen Near Vision: 0.5 Snellen Colour Vision: Normal Night Blindness: Should not have (iii) Muscles and Joints: Should not have paralysis. All joints must be capable of moving without strain. (iv) Nervous System: Must be perfectly normal and free from infectious diseases.

1) The vacancy is currently existing for the OBC category. The Ranked List prepared in pursuance of this notification shall remain in force until candidates are advised and advised against the vacancies earmarked for the above community, but remain unfilled from the Ranked List published on 29.12.2022 for Category No. 410/2019 (General Category). 2) Selection will be on a state-wide basis. 3) Probation: As per KCS Act Rule 184, those appointed to this post will be on probation for a period of one year within a continuous service of two years from the date of joining. 4) Practical Test: The Commission will conduct an H-Test to check the driving proficiency of the candidates. Only those who pass the H-Test will be allowed to participate in the Road Test. 5) Medical Certificate: A medical certificate regarding physical fitness from a Medical Officer not below the rank of Assistant Surgeon and a certificate regarding vision from an Ophthalmologist in Government Service (in the prescribed format) must be produced when required by the Commission. 6) Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II, KS&SSR is applicable to this selection. 7) Candidates must produce government orders regarding equivalent/higher qualifications when required by the Commission. 8) Candidates must submit their application through the official website www.keralapsc.gov.in after One Time Registration. 9) Candidates must upload a photo taken within 6 months from 31/12/2013 with name and date of photo taken at the bottom. 10) Candidates must keep a soft copy/print out of the online application for future use. 11) Candidates must confirm their participation in the written/OMR/online test through their profile within the stipulated time to get the admission ticket. 12) Aadhaar card must be provided as an identity document in the profile. 13) Candidates must produce the non-creamy layer certificate/caste certificate along with the gazette notification regarding name change in caste/community at the time of document verification if there is a difference in the caste/community mentioned in the SSLC book.
