1) Pass in SSLC examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala or its equivalent. 2) Needle Work and Dress Making Group Certificate of KGTE (Higher) or MGTE (Higher). OR Needle Working Group Certificate of KGTE (Higher) or MGTE (Higher). OR Group Diploma in Craft conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. OR National Trade Certificate in Cutting and Tailoring issued by the National Council for Training in Vocational Trades (G.O.(P) No. 106/82/Gen.Edn. dated 29.07.1982). OR Diploma in Craftsmanship (Tailoring and Garment Making) issued by the Director of Technical Education, Kerala. OR Diploma in Craftsmanship (Tailoring and Embroidery) issued by the Director of Technical Education, Kerala (G.O.(P) No. 157/89/Gen.Edn. dated 24.08.1989). OR National Trade Certificate in Dress Making issued by the National Council for Training in Vocational Trades (G.O.(P) No. 501/97/Gen.Edn. dated 18.12.1997). OR Degree in Fashion Technology (B.F.T) issued by Mahatma Gandhi University (G.O.(Rt) No. 40/2018/G.Edn. dated 12.04.2018). OR B.Sc Degree in Fashion and Apparel Design Technology (B.Sc F.A.T.D) issued by Kannur University (G.O.(Rt) No. 40/2018/G.Edn. dated 12.04.2018). OR B.Sc Degree in Costume and Fashion Designing issued by Calicut University (G.O.(Rt) No. 40/2018/G.Edn. dated 12.04.2018). OR Diploma in Fashion Designing issued by Kerala Institute of Labour and Employment (G.O.(Rt) No. 74/2018/G.Edn. dated 29.05.2018). OR Diploma in Fashion Designing issued by Indira Gandhi National Open University (G.O.(Rt) No. 114/2019/G.Edn. dated 06.08.2019). 3) Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET-IV) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala.
