Method of appointment
Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste Converted to Christianity (SCCC) community of Kerala State Only). Note: Applications submitted by the candidates belonging to the community other than those belonging to SCCC community will be summarily rejected. No rejection memo will be issued to these candidates.
Age Limit
18-39, ie, candidates born between 02.01.1983 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included) are only eligible to apply for this post. (Including the relaxation as per Para 2(i) of the General Conditions) In the case of candidates belonging to Adult members of Scheduled Caste and their children when such adult members are converted to Christianity the upper age limit will be 41 years, ie, such candidates should be born between 02.01.1981 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included)(Including the relaxation as per Para 2(i) of the General Conditions) Note :- For concessions allowed in upper age limit, subject to the condition that the maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 (fifty) years. Please see Para (2) of the General Conditions under Part II of this notification [except para 2(i)]
Qualifications
i) Pass in S.S.L.C or its equivalent qualification. ii) A pass Certificate obtained after successful completion of Nurse-Cum-Pharmacist Training Course (Homoeopathy) conducted by the Government of Kerala / A pass in Certificate Course in Pharmacy (Homoeopathy) conducted by the Government of Kerala or its equivalent qualification recognised by the Government. Note :- 1. KS&SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable. 2. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification should produce relevant Government Orders during OTR verification to prove that the qualification claimed is equivalent to the prescribed qualification for the Post.
Notes
(i) The above vacancies are now in existence. Separate Ranked list will be prepared for Malappuram, Kannur Districts in pursuance of this notification for the above community. Ranked List thus prepared and published shall remain in force until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the above community, but remain unfilled due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published for the post in the district. (ii) The candidates belonging to above reservation community shall submit application for the post to any one of the above district and shall note the name of that district against the relevant column of the online application. Applications should not be sent to more than one district in response to this notification. If applications are sent contrary to the above direction, and if he/she is selected, his/her name will be removed from the ranked list and disciplinary action will be taken against him/her. (iii) The Eighth NCA notification is issued due to paucity of qualified candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste Converted to Christianity (SCCC) community after the issuance of First NCA notification vide category No.275/2011, Second NCA notification vide Category No.118/2013, Third NCA Notification vide category No.281/15 and Fourth NCA notification vide Category No.530/16, Fifth NCA notification vide Category No.464/19, sixth NCA Notification vide category No.360/2020 and Seventh NCA Notification vide Category No 637/2021 (iv) In case of change in Caste/Community noted in the SSLC book, candidates must claim their original caste/community in the application and shall produce Non-Creamy Layer Certificate issued by the Revenue Authorities and the original Gazette notification publishing the change of caste/community at the time of OTR verification for selection to the above post. (v) The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on a Revenue District basis, subject to the special conditions laid down in G.O (MS) No. 154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971. A candidate advised for appointment in one Revenue District from the Ranked List prepared is not eligible for transfer to another district unless he/she completes five years continuous service from the date of commencement of service in the former district. Even if transfer is allowed after five years, it will be subject to the rules in G O (MS) No.4/61/PD, dated 2.1.1961. Candidates already in Government Service holding the same post in any one district are prohibited from applying again for this post, but they can apply to higher/lower posts when notified. (vi) If Written Test/OMR/Online Test is conducted as part of this selection, candidates shall submit a confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration profile. Such candidates alone can generate and download the Admission Tickets in the last 15 days till the date of Test. The applications of candidates who do not submit confirmation within the stipulated period will be rejected absolutely. The periods regarding the submission of confirmation and the availability of Admission Tickets will be published in the Examination Calendar itself. Information in this regard will be given to the candidates in their respective profiles and in the mobile phone number registered in it. Candidates who have downloaded the Admission Ticket will alone be permitted to attend the examination. (vii) Appropriate disciplinary action as per KPSC Rules of Procedure 1976, Rule 22 shall be initiated against those candidates who submit applications with bogus claims of qualification regarding education, experience etc and submit confirmation for writing the examination, irrespective of whether they are present or absent for the examination. (viii) Candidates who have AADHAAR card should add AADHAAR card as I.D. Proof in their profile.
