Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste Converted to Christianity Community (SCCC) of Kerala State only) Note : - Applications submitted by candidates belonging to the communities other than those included in this Notification will be summarily rejected. No rejection memo will be issued to these candidates.

18-39, ie, candidates born between 02.01.1985 and 01.01.2006 (both dates included) are only eligible to apply for this post. In the case of candidates belonging to Adult members of Scheduled Caste and their children when such adult members are converted to Christianity the upper age limit will be 41 years, ie, such candidates should be born between 02.01.1983 and 01.01.2006 (both dates included) (Including the relaxation as per Para 2(i) of the General Conditions) Note :- For concessions allowed in upper age limit, subject to the condition that the maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 (fifty) years, Please see Para (2) of the General Condition under Part II of this notification [except para 2(i)]

(i) Pass in S.S.L.C or its equivalent qualification. (ii) A pass Certificate obtained after successful completion of Nurse-Cum-Pharmacist Training Course (Homoeopathy) / Certificate Course in Pharmacy (Homoeopathy) conducted by the Government of Kerala or its equivalent qualification recognised by the Government. Note :- (i)Rule 10 (a) (ii) of KS&SSR Part II is applicable. (ii) In addition to the qualifications prescribed in this notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for the post, in the Special Rules or found acceptable by the Commission in cases where acceptance of equivalent qualifications is provided for in the rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the Commission.

The Tenth NCA notification is issued due to paucity of qualified candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste Converted to Christianity (SCCC) community after the issuance of First NCA notification vide category No.275/2011, Second NCA notification vide category No.118/2013, Third NCA Notification vide category No.281/15, Fourth NCA notification vide Category No.530/16, Fifth NCA notification vide category No.464/19, Sixth NCA Notification vide category No.360/2020 and Seventh NCA Notification vide category No.637/2021, Eighth NCA Notification vide Cat.No.434/2022 and Nineth NCA Notification of Vide Category Number 492/2023. The above vacancy is now in existence. A Ranked list will be prepared for above District in pursuance of this notification. Ranked List thus prepared and published shall remain in force until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the above community, but remain unfilled due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published for the post in the District. The candidates belonging to above reservation community shall submit application for the post to the above District where the vacancy is existing and shall note the name of that District against the relevant column of the online application. The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on a Revenue District basis, subject to the special conditions laid down in GO (MS) No.154/71/PD dated 27/05/1971. A candidate advised for appointment in one revenue District from the Ranked List prepared is not eligible for transfer to another District unless he/she completes five years continuous service from the date of commencement of service in the former District. Even if transfer is allowed after five years, it will be subject to the rules in G.O. (MS) No.4/61/PD dated 02.01.1961. Candidates already in Government service holding the same post in any one District are prohibited from applying again for this post, but they can apply to higher/lower posts when notified.
