Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to Latin Catholic/Anglo Indian community only). Note:- Applications submitted by candidates other than those belonging to Latin Catholic/Anglo Indian community will be rejected. No individual rejection intimation will be sent to such candidates.

18-45; Candidates born between 02.01.1977 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. (Including the conditions in para 2(i) of the General Conditions). Note:- For other age relaxations, see para 2 of Part II of the General Conditions of the notification (excluding para 2(i)).

1. Degree in Medicine (MBBS) or equivalent qualification. 2. Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in the concerned specialty or equivalent qualification. OR DNB qualification in the concerned specialty. 3. Must have valid registration with the Travancore Cochin Medical Council. Note I:- In the absence of the above qualifications, candidates with Post Graduate Degree/Super Specialty Degree in the concerned specialty will be given preference over those with Post Graduate Diploma. Note II:- 1. The Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Post Graduate Degree/Super Specialty Degree mentioned in this notification must be from a recognized University or equivalent institution. Medical Post Graduate Degree/Diploma and equivalent qualifications must be recognized by the Medical Council of India and DNB qualification must be from the National Board of Examinations. Non-medical degree/diploma must be from any recognized University or institution. 2. Equivalent qualifications (excluding DNB) must be recognized as equivalent by the Medical Council of India. Note (a): KS & SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Note (b): Candidates claiming equivalent qualification should produce the equivalent certificate/government order at the time of verification to prove the equivalency. Note (c): In case of any difference in caste/community claimed in the application and that recorded in the SSLC book, the candidate must produce the relevant Gazette notification along with the Non-Creamy Layer/Caste certificate at the time of certificate verification.

1. The vacancy is currently existing. This NCA notification is the fifth one published due to the non-availability of qualified candidates from the Latin Catholic/Anglo Indian community as per previous NCA notifications (Cat No: 718/2012, 579/2015, 430/2019, 102/2021). 2. Candidates must register as per 'One Time Registration' on the official website www.keralapsc.gov.in before applying. Candidates who have already registered can apply by logging into their profile using their User ID and Password. 3. Photograph uploaded must be taken after 31.12.2012. For candidates who created their profile from 01.01.2022, the photograph must be taken within 6 months. The name of the candidate and the date of taking the photograph must be clearly recorded at the bottom of the photograph. The photograph is valid for 10 years from the date of upload. 4. No application fee is required. 5. Candidates must keep a soft copy/print out of the online application for future use. 6. If a written/OMR/online test is conducted, candidates must submit confirmation through their One Time Registration profile. Only those who submit confirmation will be able to download the admission ticket in the last 15 days before the exam date. Applications of candidates who do not submit confirmation within the stipulated time will be rejected. 7. Candidates who make false claims regarding qualifications, experience, etc., and then fail to appear for the exam after submitting confirmation will face appropriate disciplinary action as per KPSC Rules of Procedure Rule 22. 8. Candidates with Aadhar card must provide it as an identity document in their profile. 9. Original documents to prove educational qualification, experience, caste, age, etc., must be produced when requested by the Commission.
