Age Limit
18 – 36. Candidates should be born between 02.01.1985 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included). SC/ST/OBC candidates are eligible for age relaxation as per rules. Note: Temporary employees in the said institution are eligible for age relaxation equal to the length of their service, provided their upper age limit does not exceed 50 years. Those who are regular employees in the institution are not eligible for this benefit. Provisional employees must possess a certificate showing the length of service and produce it when required by the Commission.
Qualifications
Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent qualification.
Notes
1) K.S. & S.S.R Part II Rule 10 (a) ii is applicable. 2) In case of discrepancy in the caste recorded in the SSLC book, candidates must claim the correct caste in the application and produce the caste certificate/non-creamy layer certificate issued by the concerned revenue authority and the relevant gazette notification at the time of verification. 3) Candidates must submit confirmation for the exam through their One Time Registration profile. Only those who provide confirmation will be able to download the admission ticket in the last 15 days before the exam date. 4) Candidates who raise false claims regarding qualifications or experience in the application and participate or do not participate in the exam after providing confirmation will be subject to disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of the KPSC Rules of Procedure.
