1. M.Ch/DNB in Cardio Vascular and Thoracic Surgery OR M.Ch/DNB in Cardio Thoracic Surgery OR M.Ch/DNB in Vascular Surgery OR M.Ch/DNB in Thoracic Surgery 2. Permanent Registration with Kerala State Medical Council (TCMC) or Council of Modern Medicine.

1. KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. 2. In addition to the qualifications prescribed in this notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of the Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post, in the subject specified, or higher qualifications in the same subject, will be accepted. The Government orders regarding such equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced by the candidates when required by the Commission. 3. Those who are appointed in this post should serve for four (4) years in the Armed Forces or in the field of defense related jobs in India or abroad within the first ten (10) years of service (including training period). This compulsory military service is not applicable to those who have completed 45 years of age or those belonging to the differently-abled category. 4. Candidates must ensure that the details in their profile are correct before applying for each post. Candidates must keep a soft copy/print out of the online application for future use. Candidates can take a print out of their 'My applications' link in their profile. The print out of the application should be produced when required by the Commission. If any discrepancy is found in the application at any stage of the selection process, it will be summarily rejected. Original documents to prove educational qualification, experience, caste, age, etc., should be produced when required by the Commission. 5. For candidates having Aadhar Card, it should be provided as an identity document in their profile. 6. Candidates should read the General Conditions in Part II of the Gazette notification along with this notification before applying. 7. Candidates who have submitted applications for the post should submit confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration profile. Only those who submit confirmation will be able to download the Admission Ticket. The date of confirmation and the date of availability of Admission Ticket will be published in the examination calendar. Information regarding this will be provided in the candidates' profile and the registered mobile number.
