Scheduled Caste Converted to Christianity (SCCC) – 02 (Two) NCA Vacancies

Direct Recruitment (from candidates belonging to SCCC community only) Note :- Application submitted by candidates belonging to the communities other than SCCC will be summarily rejected. Individual communications regarding the rejection of their applications for the above reason will not be issued.

20-40. Only candidates born between 02/01/1985 and 01/01/2005 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. [Including the relaxation as per para (2)(i) of General Conditions] Note 1 :- In the case of those members belonging to Scheduled Caste who had converted to Christianity after adult age and their children are eligible for age relaxation upto 42 years. Such candidates should be born between 02.01.1983 and 01.01.2005. (Both Dates Included) Note 2 :- For concession allowed in upper age limit, subject to the condition that the maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 (fifty )years , Please see para (2 ) of the general condition under part II of this notification.

BSc. Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture of recognized university. (Link) EQUIVALENT / HIGHER QUALIFICATION Note:- 1) Rule 10a(II) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable. 2) Candidates with Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture but not having basic degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture will be ineligible to apply for the post. 3)The degree awarded by the Colleges/ Universities should be after the course of study having 10+2+4 pattern /Integrated PG prescribed by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research. 4)In addition to the qualification prescribed in the notification , the qualifications recognized by executive orders, or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post, in the special rules and such of those qualifications which pre- suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent/higher qualification shall be produced as and when required by the Commission.

Probation: Every person appointed to the post shall from the date on which he joins duty, be on probation for a period as per conditions laid down in KS & SSR. Test Qualification: Every person appointed to the post shall within the period of probation pass the Account Test for Executive Officer or Account Test (Lower) unless he has passed the same. Mode of submitting Application: Candidates must register as per ONE TIME REGISTRATION with the official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission www.keralapsc.gov.in before applying for the post. Candidates must quote the User-ID for further communication with the Commission. Application submitted is provisional and the details cannot be deleted or altered after submission. Candidates are advised to keep a printout or soft copy of the online application for future reference. If written/ OMR/ Online Test is conducted as part of this selection, candidates shall submit a confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration profile. Candidates who have AADHAAR card should add AADHAAR Card as I.D Proof in their profile. Special instructions to candidates: In the case of difference in caste/ community claimed in the application and that entered in SSLC book, the candidate shall produce a Gazette notification in this regard, along with Non Creamy Layer Certificate/ Community Certificate at the time of certificate verification. Appropriate disciplinary action as per KPSC Rules of Procedure Rule 22 shall be initiated against those candidates who submit applications with bogus claims of qualification regarding education, experience etc.
