Direct Recruitment from Ex-Servicemen only (from Muslim, Viswakarma communities only). Applications submitted by other communities will be summarily rejected.

18-48. Candidates born between 02.01.1972 and 01.01.2002 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post.

1. Pass in Standard VII (Seventh) or equivalent qualification. 2. Not less than 3 years experience in the Army / Navy / Air Force. 3. Must know Cycling. 4. Height: 168 cm. 5. Chest (Normal): 81 cm, Chest (Expansion): 86 cm. Note: Women are not eligible to apply for the post.

(i) The vacancies reported now are present. This is the first NCA notification issued due to the non-availability of candidates belonging to Muslim, Viswakarma communities after the advice of candidates made from the ranked list brought into force on 30.01.2018 (Category No. 410/2013). (ii) The Kerala Public Service Commission reserves the right to cancel the advice for appointment to the above post if it is subsequently found to be false. If the advice is cancelled, the appointing authority shall terminate the service of the candidate. However, the cancellation of advice and termination of service shall be within the probationary period of the candidate or 240 days from the date of joining duty, whichever is earlier. Note: (1) Rule 10(a) ii of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable. (2) Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of the qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the Government Order proving equivalency at the time of verification, failing which such qualification will not be considered. (3) In the case of difference in caste/community claimed in the application and that entered in the SSLC book, the candidate shall produce a Gazette notification in this regard along with Non-Creamy Layer / Caste Certificate at the time of certificate verification. (4) Appropriate disciplinary action as per Rules of Procedure Rule 22 will be taken against those candidates who submit applications with false claims regarding education, experience, etc. and give confirmation for writing the examination, subsequently not appearing for the examination or giving confirmation and failing to appear.
