District – wise Community: Muslim, District: Thrissur, Vacancy: 01 (One)

Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to Muslim community of Kerala State only)

18-39, ie, candidates born between 02.01.1986 and 01.01.2007 (both dates included) are only eligible to apply for this post. (Including the relaxation as per Para 2(i) of the General Conditions). Note :- For concessions allowed in upper age limit, subject to the condition that the maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 (fifty) years, Please see Para (2) of the General Condition under Part II of this notification [except para 2(i)]

(a) General i) A pass in Pre-Degree or equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks or “B” grade in science subjects. Relaxation of 5% marks will be allowed under the purview of GO.(P) 208/66/PD dt 21.5.1966 and subsequent orders/amendments. ii) S.S.L.C or equivalent for Ex-servicemen who have passed Class I Blood Transfusion Assistant Test and have put in not less than 15 years service in the Armed Forces. (b) Technical A pass in one year Medical Laboratory Technician's Training Course conducted by the Medical Colleges in Kerala or by the Public Health Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram or any qualification equivalent thereto.

(i) The above vacancy is now in existence. A Ranked list will be prepared for above District in pursuance of this notification. Ranked List thus prepared and published shall remain in force until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the above community, but remain unfilled due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List (Category No.406/2009) published for the post as shown below in the above District. (ii) The candidates belonging to above reservation community shall submit application for the post to the above district where the vacancy is existing and shall note the name of that District against the relevant column of the online application. (iii) The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on a Revenue District basis, subject to the special conditions laid down in GO (MS) No.154/71/PD dated 27/05/1971. A candidate advised for appointment in one revenue District from the Ranked List prepared is not eligible for transfer to another District unless he/she completes five years continuous service from the date of commencement of service in the former District. Even if transfer is allowed after five years, it will be subject to the rules in G.O. (P) No.36/91/PD dated 02.02.1991. Candidates already in Government service holding the same post in any one District are prohibited from applying again for this post, but they can apply to higher/lower posts when notified. (iv) Rule 10 (a) (ii) of KS&SSR Part II is applicable. (v) In addition to the qualifications prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for the post, in the Special Rules or found acceptable by the Commission in cases where acceptance of equivalent qualifications is provided for in the rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the Commission.
