Direct Recruitment (from among the members of Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava, Muslim, SC communities only). (a) 18-39. Only candidates born between 02.01.1983 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post in respect of Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava, Muslim candidates. Only candidates born between 02.01.1981 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post in respect of SC candidates. (a) Diploma in Electrical Engineering. OR In the absence of qualified candidates, ITI Certificate in the trade of Electrician obtained after 18 months course and successful completion of Apprenticeship. (b) Two years experience in a reputed film studio.

(1) KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) ii is applicable. (2) In addition to the qualification prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for the post, in the qualifications specified for the post and such qualification as pre-requisite qualification and those equivalent qualifications shall be produced along with the qualification and the equivalency certificate should be produced along with the application and if produced at the time of verification, only such qualifications will be considered. (3) Appropriate caste/community certificate or relevant Gazette notification along with Non-Creamy Layer Certificate/Caste Certificate should be produced at the time of certificate verification if the candidate claims relaxation in age or reservation and if there is a difference between the details given in the application and the SSLC Book. (4) Candidates who are successfully tomake confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration Profile shall produce a admit card for writing the test. KPSC Rules of Procedure Rule 22 is applicable for false claims.
