Direct Recruitment (Only for Scheduled Tribe candidates).

18-41. Candidates must be born between 02.01.1981 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included). In the absence of qualified candidates within the specified age limit, relaxation up to 50 years is allowed. However, it shall not exceed 50 years under any circumstances.

(1) General: Must have passed Plus Two or equivalent examination with Science subjects from recognized institutions. (2) Technical: Diploma in Health Inspector Course conducted by the Director of Health Services or any other institution recognized by the Government of Kerala. (3) Registration: Registration with Kerala Paramedical Council.

i) These vacancies are currently existing. Separate rank lists will be prepared for each district. The rank list prepared as per this notification will be valid for a minimum of one year and a maximum of three years. If a new rank list is published after one year, the validity of the current list will expire. Appointments will be made from the list for the vacancies shown above and for any further vacancies reported for special recruitment from Scheduled Tribes during the validity of the list. ii) Candidates should apply for only one district. If a candidate applies for more than one district, their applications will be rejected and disciplinary action will be taken. iii) Selection is district-wise. Candidates appointed cannot request a transfer to another district within five years of service. After five years, transfers are subject to G.O.(P) No. 36/91/P.ARD dated 02.12.1991. The relaxation for Idukki, Wayanad, and Kasaragod districts as per G.O.(P) No. 12/96/P.ARD dated 16.03.1996 is applicable only once during the service period. Candidates already in government service in the same post in any district are not eligible to apply, but may apply for a higher post. iv) Appointments will be made from the district-wise rank list for vacancies in the Head of Department's office (Headquarters vacancy) starting from Thiruvananthapuram district as per G.O.(MS) 154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971. v) If there is a discrepancy in the caste entry in the SSLC book, a caste certificate from the Revenue Authority along with a Gazette notification must be produced at the time of One Time Verification or when requested by the Commission. vi) Candidates providing false claims regarding education or experience will face disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of the PSC Rules of Procedure 1976. a) Candidates appointed will be on probation for two years within a continuous service period of three years. b) KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable. c) Equivalency/Higher qualification certificates must be produced at the time of One Time Verification or when requested by the Commission to be considered. - Applications from candidates not belonging to the Scheduled Tribe category will be rejected without notice. - Candidates must confirm their participation for OMR/Online exams through their profile to generate admission tickets.
