Direct Recruitment.

18-36, Candidates born between 02.01.1985 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Communities are eligible for usual age relaxation. (For other conditions regarding age relaxation, please see Part-II of the General Conditions of the notification.) In addition to the age relaxation allowed under the General Conditions for employees of the Technical Education Department, they are eligible for age relaxation up to a maximum of 10 years subject to their length of service. In any case, the upper age limit shall not exceed 50 years as on 01.01.2021.

Diploma in Engineering/Technology in the concerned branch obtained after a regular course of study of not less than three years from a University or Government recognized institution or equivalent qualification.

Note: (1) The vacancy mentioned above is currently in existence. The Ranked list prepared in pursuance of this notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years provided that the said list will not continue to be in force if a new Ranked list is published after the expiry of the minimum period of one year. Candidates will be advised from the said list against the vacancy noted above and also against the vacancies if any reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. (2) 3% of the vacancies are reserved for differently abled candidates (Locomotor disability/Cerebral Palsy, Hearing Impairment, Low Vision) as per G.O.(P) No. 01/2013/SJD dated 03.01.2013 and G.O.(P) No. 20/2018/SJD dated 26.11.2018. Note: 1) KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable. 2) Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of the qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification, then only such qualification shall be treated as equivalent to the prescribed qualification. 3) In the case of difference in original caste/community claimed in the application and that entered in SSLC book, the candidate shall produce a Gazette notification in this regard along with Non-Creamy Layer/Caste Certificate at the time of certificate verification.
