18-41. Candidates should be born between 02.01.1980 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included). Relaxation in upper age limit up to 50 years is allowed in the absence of qualified candidates within the specified age limit, but in no case shall it exceed 50 years.

Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent qualification.

1. The vacancies are currently existing. The Ranked List prepared in pursuance of this notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years. If a new Ranked List is published for the same post after one year, the current list will cease to be in force. Appointments will be made from the said list to the vacancies shown above and also to the additional vacancies reported for SC/ST and ST only during the currency of the list. Vacancies reserved for ST candidates in the absence of ST candidates in the Ranked List will be notified separately. 2. Candidates not belonging to SC/ST category will be rejected. 3. KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)ii is applicable. 4. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification should produce Government order proving the equivalency at the time of verification. 5. In case of difference in caste/community details in SSLC book, candidates must produce a caste certificate from the concerned Revenue Authority and relevant Gazette notification at the time of verification. 6. Applications once submitted are final. No changes can be made after submission. 7. Candidates must keep a soft copy/print out of the online application for future use. 8. If any application is found to be against the notification rules at any stage of the selection process, it will be rejected unconditionally. 9. Original documents to prove educational qualification, experience, caste, age, etc., must be produced when required by the Commission. 10. If a written/OMR/online test is conducted, candidates must submit confirmation through their One Time Registration profile. Failure to do so will lead to rejection of the application. 11. False claims regarding qualifications will lead to disciplinary action as per KPSC Rules of Procedure Rule 22.
