Age Limit
18-43. Only candidates born between 02.01.1979 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post in respect of L.C./A.I. 18-45. Only candidates born between 02.01.1977 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post in respect of SC/ST. (Including the relaxations as per Para 2(i) of the General Conditions). Note :- For concessions allowed in upper age limit, please see the sub-para (2) of the General Conditions under Part II of this notification. (except para 2(i)).
Qualifications
1. A Degree in Mathematics or Statistics and B.Ed/B.T. conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. 2. Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post. Exemption:- 1. M.Phil/Ph.D/SET/NET/JRF/M.Ed in the respective subjects are exempted from acquiring TET (G.O. (P) No. 145/16/G.Edn. Dated 30.08.2016, G.O. (P) No. 206/16/G.Edn. Dated 08.12.2016, G.O.(P)No.15/2020/G Edn Dated 9.10.2020). 2. CTET qualified candidates are exempted from KTET Category I & KTET Category II as per the conditions laid down in the government circular No. 1866829/J3/2017/G.Edn. Dated 09.03.2018.
