Qualifications

1) A Degree in the concerned subject conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. 2) B.Ed/B.T. Degree in the concerned subject. 3) Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post. Exemption: NET/SET/M.Phil/Ph.D/M.Ed in the concerned subject are exempted from acquiring K-TET (G.O. (P) No. 145/16/G.Edn. dated 30.08.2016, G.O. (P) No. 206/16/G.Edn. dated 08.12.2016). 4) Must have passed SSLC/Plus Two/Pre-Degree examination with Kannada either as First or Second language. OR Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Kannada. (Note: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)ii is applicable for this post).

Notes

Service Certificate from Head of Office/Department must be produced as and when called for by the Commission.
