18-36, Candidates born between 02.01.1987 and 01.01.2005 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. SC/ST, Other Backward Communities are eligible for usual age relaxation. In no case the maximum age limit shall exceed 50 years.

(1) SSLC or equivalent qualification. (2) Typewriting English (Higher) KGTE/MGTE examination pass or equivalent qualification. (3) Typewriting Malayalam (Lower) KGTE examination pass or equivalent qualification. (4) Certificate in Computer Applications from a Government recognized institution (Course duration should not be less than 6 months).

(1) The vacancies reported are currently existing. The Ranked list prepared in pursuance of this notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years. If a new Ranked List is published before the expiry of the minimum period of one year, the existing list will cease to exist. Appointments will be made from the existing list and also from the vacancies reported during the currency of the list. (2) Any recommendation in the appointment process will lead to cancellation of the candidature. If the recommendation is found to be false, the appointing authority shall terminate the service. However, if the recommendation is cancelled and service terminated, it should be within the probation period or within 240 days of joining, whichever is earlier. (3) 3% of vacancies are reserved for differently abled candidates (Locomotor Disability/Cerebral Palsy, Hearing Impairment) as per G.O(P)No.01/13/SJD dated 03.01.2013. (4) KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)ii is applicable. (5) Candidates must produce the Gazette notification regarding name change/caste change at the time of certificate verification if applicable. (6) Candidates must read the General Conditions in Part II of the notification before applying. (7) Candidates must provide Aadhaar card as identity proof in their profile.
