Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste community only).

20-50. Candidates born between 02/01/1971 and 01/01/2001 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. Usual age relaxation is applicable as per general conditions.

1. Post Graduate Degree in the concerned subject from any of the Universities in Kerala or from any other University recognized by any of the Universities in Kerala. 2. 'A' Class Permanent Registration from the Travancore Cochin Medical Council (Council of Indigenous Medicine).

1. Post Graduate Degree in the concerned subject is mandatory for direct recruitment to the post of Assistant Professor. 2. In the absence of candidates with Post Graduate Degree in the concerned subject, Post Graduate Degree in the concerned subject as prescribed by the Central Council of Indian Medicine from time to time will be accepted. 3. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification should produce Government order proving the equivalency at the time of certificate verification. 4. Candidates claiming reservation should produce non-creamy layer certificate/caste certificate along with the relevant gazette notification regarding change of name/caste if any, at the time of certificate verification. 5. KS & SSR Part II Rule 10(a) (ii) is applicable. 6. Probation: Every person appointed to this post shall be on probation for a period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years from the date of joining duty. 7. Candidates must ensure that the details in their profile are correct before applying. User ID must be quoted for all correspondence with the Commission. 8. Applications submitted once will be treated as provisional. No changes or deletions can be made after submission. 9. Candidates must provide confirmation for writing the examination (if applicable) through their One Time Registration profile. Only those who provide confirmation will be able to download the admission ticket. 10. Candidates who provide false claims regarding qualifications and fail to appear for the examination after providing confirmation will be subject to disciplinary action as per KPSC Rules of Procedure, Rule 22. 11. Candidates having Aadhar card should provide it as an identity document in their profile.
