Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe /Scheduled Caste Converted to Christianity(SCCC)/Dheevara/Hindu Nadar Communities of Kerala State only) Note : - Applications submitted by candidates belonging to the communities other than those included in this Notification will be summarily rejected. No rejection memo will be issued to these candidates.

1)Scheduled Tribe 18-41, ie, candidates born between 02.01.1981 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included) are only eligible to apply for this post. (Including the relaxation as per Para 2(i) of the General Conditions) 2)Scheduled Caste Converted to Christianity (SCCC), Dheevara & Hindu Nadar 18-39, ie, candidates born between 02.01.1983 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included) are only eligible to apply for this post. In the case of candidates belonging to Adult members of Scheduled Caste and their children when such adult members are converted to christianity, the upper age limit will be 41 years, ie, such candidates should be born between 02.01.1981 and 01.01.2004(both dates included) (including relaxation as per para 2(i) of the General Conditions) Note :- For concessions allowed in upper age limit, subject to the condition that the maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 (fifty) years, Please see Para (2) of the General Condition under Part II of this notification [except para 2(i)]

i) Pass in S.S.L.C or its equivalent. ii) A pass Certificate obtained after successful completion of Nurse-Cum-Pharmacist Training Course (Homoeopathy) conducted by the Government of Kerala / A pass in Certificate Course in Pharmacy (Homoeopathy) conducted by the Government of Kerala / its equivalent qualification recognised by the Government. Note :- 1. KS&SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable. 2. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification should produce relevant Government Orders during OTR verification to prove that the qualification claimed is equivalent to the prescribed qualification for the Post.

(i) The above vacancies are now in existence. Separate Rank lists will be prepared for above Districts in pursuance of this notification. Ranked Lists thus prepared and published shall remain in force for a period of three years from the date of publication of Rank list or until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the above community, but remain unfilled due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published for the post in the district whichever is earlier. (ii) The candidates belonging to above reservation communities shall submit application for the post to the concerned districts where the vacancy is existing and shall note the name of that district against the relevant column of the online application. (iii) In case of change in caste/community noted in the SSLC book, candidate must claim their original caste/community in the application and shall produce Non Creamy Layer Certificate/Community Certificate issued by the Revenue authorities and the original gazette notification publishing the change of caste/community at the time of OTR verification for selection to the above post. (iv) The selection in pursuance of the notification will be made on a revenue district basis, subject to the special conditions laid down in GO (MS) No.154/71/PD dated 27/05/1971. A candidate advised for appointment in one revenue district from the Ranked List prepared is not eligible for transfer to another district unless he/she completes five years continuous service from the date of commencement of service in the former district. Even if transfer is allowed after five years, it will be subject to the rules in G.O. (MS) No.4/61/PD dated 02.01.1961. Candidates already in Government service holding the same post in any one district are prohibited from applying again for this post, but they can apply to higher/lower posts when notified. Candidates must register as per ONE TIME REGISTRATION with the official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission www.keralapsc.gov.in before applying for the post. No application fee is required. Candidates who have AADHAAR card should add AADHAAR card as I.D. Proof in their profile.
