Direct Recruitment.

18-36 (Candidates born between 02.01.1985 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included) are eligible to apply). (Usual age relaxation will be given to SC/ST and Other Backward Communities). Note: The maximum age limit shall not exceed 50 years.

i) Must have passed 7th Standard or equivalent qualification. But should not have acquired a Degree. ii) Must have a certificate of experience of not less than one year as 'Aya' for children from any Government institution or from any institution registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860 (Central Act XXI) or the Travancore-Cochin Literary, Scientific and Charitable Societies Registration Act 1955 (1955 XII), or from any institution run by local bodies using Government grant, or from any grant-in-aid self-financing institution.

i) The rank list prepared as per this notification will be valid for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years. Vacancies reported during the validity of the list will be filled from the list. ii) Vacancies of this post reported from the Social Justice Department will also be filled from the rank list prepared under this notification. iii) Selection is district-wise. Candidates can apply to only one district. iv) Candidates must produce caste/non-creamy layer certificate at the time of OTR verification if there is a change in the caste/community recorded in the SSLC book. v) Experience certificate must be obtained after acquiring the educational qualification. vi) This post is reserved exclusively for women in all departments. vii) Candidates belonging to SC/ST communities with experience qualification will be considered for appointment even if they only possess the basic educational qualification, and they will be given training during the probation period. viii) K.S & S.S.R Part II Rule 10 (a) ii is applicable to this selection. ix) Candidates must submit the printout of the online application during the verification process if required by the Commission. x) Candidates must provide confirmation for the written/OMR/online test through their OTR profile. Failure to provide confirmation will lead to the rejection of the application.
