Direct Recruitment from among the permanent employees of member societies affiliated to the Kerala Kerakarshaka Sahakarana Federation Limited (Kerafed) who possess the prescribed qualifications.

18-50. Candidates must be born between 02/01/1973 and 01/01/2005 (both dates included).

1) Applicants must be permanent employees of member societies affiliated to the Kerala Kerakarshaka Sahakarana Federation Limited (Kerafed) with three (3) years of regular service in any post and must be continuing in the service of the member society at the time of application and at the time of appointment. (i) B.Sc. Degree or equivalent qualification. (ii) Three years of work experience in the same field in Government/Quasi-Government/Public Sector/Recognized Private Sector institutions.

i) The vacancies mentioned are currently available for the society category. Future vacancies in Kerafed will be filled in a 1:1 ratio from the General category (Part I) and Society category (Part II). The first vacancy belongs to the General category. ii) The rank list prepared will have a minimum validity of one year and a maximum of three years. If a new rank list is published after one year, the current list will cease to be valid. iii) Rotation will be followed for vacancies in government departments and public sector institutions. If there is a shortage of candidates in the society category rank list, those vacancies will be filled from the general category rank list and will not be returned to the society category. iv) Selection is conducted at the state level. 5. Probation: The period of probation is two years of service within a continuous period of three years from the date of joining. Note 1: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II, KS&SSR is applicable. Note 2: Employees of member societies affiliated to Kerafed who are appointed through the Kerala Public Service Commission must continue in the post in the member society to be eligible for appointment under this notification. Note 3: Higher qualifications and equivalent qualifications recognized by the government or commission will be accepted. Note 4: Candidates must obtain a Service Certificate from the Assistant Registrar (General) of the Cooperative Department and upload it to their profile. The certificate must include specific details as per the provided format.
