19-34; Candidates born between 02.01.1988 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. For age relaxation, refer to Part II, Para 2 of the General Conditions.

1. Educational Qualification: Must have passed Plus Two or equivalent examination. Note: i) KS & SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable for this selection. ii) Candidates claiming equivalent qualification should produce the Government Order proving the equivalency at the time of One Time Verification or as and when required by the Commission. 2. Physical Qualifications: Must have a minimum height of 152 cm. 3. Endurance Test: All candidates must complete a 2.5 km run within 15 minutes. 4. Physical Efficiency Test: Must qualify in at least 5 out of 8 items in the National Physical Efficiency Test (1-star level). 5. Physical Fitness and Vision: Must possess physical fitness and vision as certified by a Medical Officer not below the rank of Assistant Surgeon/Junior Consultant.

i) The name of the post, age limit, qualifications, and other conditions are as per G.O(P)No.113/08/TD dated 04.06.2008, G.O(P)No.264/10/TD dated 10.11.2010, G.O(P)No.178/2015/TD dated 03.10.2015, and G.O(Rt.)No.766/2018/TD dated 21.10.2018. ii) Applications from candidates not belonging to the reserved community mentioned in this notification will be rejected without notice. iii) In case of discrepancy in caste records in SSLC book, candidates must produce a Non-Creamy Layer Certificate from the Revenue Authority and a Gazette notification at the time of verification. iv) The vacancies are currently existing. The rank list prepared will be valid until one year from the date of publication or until the vacancies are filled, whichever is earlier. v) Selection is district-wise as per G.O(MS) No. 154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971. Candidates cannot transfer to other districts for 5 years. Candidates already in government service in the same post in any district are not eligible to apply. vi) NCC 'A', 'B', 'C' certificate holders are eligible for 2%, 3%, 5% weightage marks respectively as per G.O(Ms)No.112/2007/D.Edn dated 21.08.2007. vii) Selected candidates must undergo 2 years of probation within 3 years of service and complete at least 6 months (180 working days) of basic training. Failure to complete training within 2 years will result in disqualification for promotion. viii) Candidates must upload a medical certificate in the prescribed format during the Physical Efficiency Test/Endurance Test. ix) Candidates must provide confirmation for written/OMR/online exams through their profile. Failure to do so will result in rejection of the application.
