18-36, Candidates born between 02.01.1987 and 01.01.2005 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. Usual age relaxation will be given to SC/ST and other backward communities. (For other conditions regarding age relaxation, see Part II, Para 2 of the General Conditions of the Gazette Notification.) Note II: In addition to the age relaxation allowed under the general rules for employees of the Technical Education Department, they shall be given age relaxation up to the length of their service, provided the maximum age limit does not exceed 50 years as on 01.01.2023.

Diploma in Engineering / Technology in the relevant branch from a University or Government recognized institution with not less than 3 years of regular study. (GO(P)No.503/2012/H.Edn. (b) In addition to the qualifications prescribed in this notification, qualifications declared as equivalent by the Government through executive orders or standing orders, or qualifications determined as equivalent by the Commission in special rules, or higher qualifications which have the prescribed basic qualification as a base, will be accepted. Government orders regarding equivalent/higher qualifications must be produced when required by the Commission.

Note I: (a) One vacancy reserved for DA-LV candidates as per Section 34 (2) of The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016 will be filled from the main rank list. If DA-LV candidates are not available, it will be filled from other eligible DA categories as per Section 34 (2) of the Act, and if not available, from the general category. (b) The rank list prepared as per this notification will be in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum of three years. If a new rank list is published for the same post after one year, this list will cease to be in force. Vacancies reported during the validity of the list will be filled from this list. (c) 3% of vacancies are reserved for DA candidates (Locomotor Disability/Cerebral Palsy, Hearing Impairment, Low Vision) as per GO(P) No. 1/2013/SJD dated 03.01.2013 and GO(P) No. 20/2018/SJD dated 26.11.2018. Method of submitting applications: Candidates must register as per 'One Time Registration' on the official website www.keralapsc.gov.in. Candidates who have registered can apply by logging in to their profile using their User ID and Password. Click the 'Apply Now' button of the respective post in the Notification Link. The photograph uploaded must be one taken after 31/12/2013. For candidates registering from 01.01.2022, the photograph must be taken within 6 months. The name of the candidate and the date of taking the photograph should be clearly printed at the bottom of the photograph. The uploaded photo will be valid for 10 years. No application fee. Candidates are responsible for the correctness of the details in their profile. Candidates must keep a soft copy/print out of the online application for future use. The print out of the application must be submitted if required by the Commission during the selection process. (b) If a written/OMR/online test is conducted, candidates must submit confirmation through their One Time Registration profile. Only those who submit confirmation will be able to download the admission ticket. Confirmation must be submitted within 15 days before the exam date. Failure to submit confirmation will lead to rejection of the application. (c) Candidates with Aadhar card must provide it as an identity document in their profile. 9. Special instructions for candidates: (a) If the caste/community claimed in the application differs from that in the SSLC book, a Non-Creamy Layer Certificate/Caste Certificate along with a Gazette notification regarding the name/caste change must be produced at the time of certificate verification. (b) Candidates must read the General Conditions in Part II of the Gazette notification before applying. (c) Candidates who submit false claims regarding education, experience, caste, etc., will be subject to disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of the Kerala Public Service Commission Rules of Procedure, including debarment from exams, cancellation of answer scripts, or removal from service if already appointed.
