18-40. Candidates born between 02/01/1983 and 01/01/2005 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. Other backward communities and SC/ST candidates are eligible for usual age relaxation as per rules.

(i) Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Administration or Industrial Relations from a University recognized by UGC or from a National Institute established by the Central Government or from an Institution established by the Kerala Government. OR Master of Social Work (MSW) OR LL.B with specialization in Labour Law OR Equivalent qualification. (ii) Five years experience in Welfare Officer/Personnel Manager/Industrial Relations Manager post in Government/Quasi Government/Public Sector/Recognized Private Institution.

1. Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II, KS&SSR is applicable for this selection. 2. Candidates should produce the certificate (original) showing the date of joining and date of leaving the service in the regular service of the Co-operative institution at the time of verification. 3.
