Scheduled Caste -1 (One) The above vacancy is now in existence. The Ranked List published as per this notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancy earmarked for Scheduled Caste community as unfilled due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published on 02/03/2009 for the post. This third NCA Notification is issued due to non availability of the candidates in response to the notifications published as per Category Nos.480/2009&200/2011 in the Gazette dated 30/12/2009 and 15/07/2011 respectively

a) General SSLC or equivalent b) Special Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum one year experience in Manufacturing and Servicing of Scientific equipments. OR Industrial Training Institute Certificate in Instrument Mechanic trade with at least three years experience in the Manufacture and servicing of preferably Optical Instruments, Electro Medical Equipments etc. (The above qualifications must be acquired on or before the last date of receipt of application)

Experience Certificate:- The Certificate to be produced in proof of experience shall be in the form given below and should contain name with Registration Number, Date of Registration of the firm . The employer should specify the name of post, or nature or assignment held or holding by the employee to whom the experience certificate is issued. Note:- 1) In the case of experience Certificate from private institutions, the same shall be attested by an officer who is authorized to inspect the firm as provided in the relevant Act or Rules enacted by the Government of Kerala/Government of India. The declaration in the Experience Certificate from Government/Public Sector Institution may be attested by the Head of the Institution. 2) Experience Certificate should be got attested by the concerned Controlling Authority/Administrative Authority of Government. The genuineness of the Certificate will be subjected to verification and it found bogus, legal action will be taken against the authorities who issue and the candidates who produce bogus certificate. Mode of Sending Applications:- Candidates must register as per 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION ' scheme through the Official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission 'www.keralapsc.gov.in for applying for the post. Those who have already registered can apply by logging in to their profile using their User- ID and password. Candidates must exclusively click on the 'Apply Now' button of the respective posts in the Notification link for applying to a post. No application fee is required. Candidates can view and print the details in the profile by clicking the link Registration Card, if required. Candidates are responsible for the correctness of the personal information and secrecy of password. Before applying for a post, candidates must ensure correctness of the information in their profile. They must quote the User- ID for further communication with the Commission. Application submitted is provisional and cannot be deleted or altered after submission. Applications will be summarily rejected if non compliance with the notification is found in due course of processing. Documents to prove Qualifications, experience, community, age etc. have to be produced as and when called for.
