Direct Recruitment (Special Recruitment from among Scheduled Tribes only). Note: Applications submitted by candidates other than Scheduled Tribe will be summarily rejected. No individual rejection memo will be issued to such candidates.
Age Limit
20 – 36. Candidates should have been born between 02.01.1986 and 01.01.2002 (both dates included). (No other age relaxation is admissible for this selection)
Qualifications
(1) Diploma in Telecommunication/Radio Engineering or equivalent qualification. (2) Practical experience for a period of not less than two years in a Government recognized institution in the repair of electronic equipment, computers and allied equipment. Note: Service of total five years including three years experience (Supervisory) in Signal Corps in the Defence Department shall be considered as equivalent to the qualifications specified above. 3. Must possess the following eyesight standards: (a) Distant Vision - Right Eye: 6/6 Snellen, Left Eye: 6/6 Snellen Near Vision - Right Eye: 0.5 Snellen, Left Eye: 0.5 Snellen (b) Each eye must have full vision. (c) Colour blindness, squint or any morbid conditions of the eye or lids of either eye shall be deemed to be disqualification. 4. Must be medically fit to perform duties efficiently.
Notes
1. KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)ii is applicable for this post. 2. Equivalent qualifications claimed shall be proved by producing government orders at the time of certificate verification. 3. Discrepancies in caste noted in SSLC book must be supported by appropriate revenue authority caste certificate and gazette notification during verification. 4. Applications once submitted will be provisional. No modification allowed after submission. 5. Candidates must produce original documents when called for verification.
