18-39, Candidates born between 02.01.1984 and 01.01.2005 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. (Including relaxation for SC/ST community). Note: Candidates who have worked as provisional employees in the concerned institution and were within the age limit at the time of their initial provisional appointment are eligible for age relaxation up to the duration of their provisional service, subject to a maximum of 5 years. This benefit is not available to those who are currently holding a regular post in the same institution. Candidates with provisional service must obtain a certificate showing the duration of their service and produce it when required by the Commission. The certificate must specifically state that the candidate was not holding a regular post.

1) SSLC or equivalent qualification. 2) Typewriting English (Higher) KGTE/MGTE or equivalent qualification. 3) Typewriting Malayalam (Lower) KGTE or equivalent qualification.

1) The vacancy mentioned is currently existing. The Ranked List prepared in pursuance of this notification shall remain in force until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the SC/ST community that arise during the currency of the Ranked List (Category No: 451/2016, Gazette Date: 30.12.2016) or until a new list is prepared. 2) The Commission reserves the right to cancel any advice for appointment if it is found to be incorrect later. The appointing authority shall terminate the service of the candidate if the advice is cancelled. However, such cancellation and termination shall be done within the probation period of the candidate or within 240 days from the date of joining duty, whichever is earlier. 3) Candidates belonging to categories other than the one specified will be summarily rejected. No individual intimation will be given regarding the rejection. 4) KS & SSR Part II Rule 10(a) ii is applicable for this post. 5) Candidates must produce the original documents when required by the Commission. 6) Candidates must produce Non-Creamy Layer Certificate/Caste Certificate along with the Gazette notification regarding name change in caste if the caste/community claimed in the application differs from that in the SSLC book. 7) If a written/OMR/Online test is conducted, candidates must submit confirmation through their One Time Registration profile. Only those who submit confirmation will be able to generate and download the admission ticket. The date for confirmation will be published in the examination calendar.
